Major editorial shows leftist propaganda prevails
The Sunday, February 6 editorial about distrust “In the pandemic, distrust costs lives,” is a prime illustration of the biased, intentionally designed statements intended to misinform the public about the pandemic. Especially, the refusal to acknowledge how the government public health agencies have produced this reality: “the U.S. per capita death rate now exceeds that of other wealthy nations.” Fine. That is the truest statement in the editorial. But why has this happened?
The Post says public mistrust in government helps explain this. It blames the public for not sufficiently following government public health guidance. Blame the public rather than the many institutions that have totally screwed up managing the pandemic. What stupidity. What disinformation. Not enough public compliance. Refusing to acknowledge that compliance was not deserved. Obey the government despite how bad agencies actually perform.
Missing is the brutal fact that most of the guidance has not been based on actual, trustworthy health and medical science. Why should the public trust COVID experimental vaccines that FDA has allowed to be used and that CDC and NIH have strongly promoted? Their clinical trials were terrible; they supposedly did in a few months what normally would take years to do if really good safety and effectivness data were to be obtained. Why should the public trust mask mandates when a vast array of studies have shown them to be of little effectiveness. Why should Americans respect and obey lockdowns when many studies have shown they produce more harm an deaths than they save lives? Why should people keep taking vaccine shots when tons of science research and obvious realities show they do not stop infections or transmission of the virus?
This editorial about trust and the pandemic is itself a prime example of why the public should have NO trust in the mainstream media that works to support bad government pandemic management and the financial interests of drug companies making billions from COVID vaccines.
